There can be many reasons why your Slate isn't connecting to Repaper Studio on your computer, but most of the time there are only a few simple gestures which help resolving the issue:

  1. Please make sure to use the original USB cable when connecting The Slate to your computer.

  2. Verify that there aren't any other programs running on your computer which could interfere with the Slate's connection to Repaper Studio (e.g. former iskn programs as Imagink or the graphic tablet configurator)

  3. Please open the app Repaper Studio before switching on your Slate.
